You are what people call a crazy cat lady. However, it does not matter because the important thing is you love your cats and your cats love you.
One day you ran out of cat food so you are off to the pet store. Back on the way home, traffic caught you bad. You are late and you know your cats do not like you being late. They grow hungrier and angrier by the minute. Eventually you resign yourself to a fate worse than death, and that is your loving cats making a mess of your home. You dread to think of what you will come home to later.
When you arrive, you are surprised there is not much of a mess after all. You feel a sense of unease. This has happened before, multiple times in fact. The cats are playing an escape game. They want you to put them back where they belong. Why do they do this? They want to teach you a lesson so that you will not be late again when you go out once more.
