Bruce got involved into some traffic problem and he thought he is innocent among the rest that got in trouble in the highway. But the officer is not letting anybody go though as he investigates and Bruce is starting to think adventurous about this. He had been trying to find an opening in the office so he can just slowly escape for really, he has nothing to do about what happened. What he is about to do is a really bad decision, but Bruce was young and knows not a lot about these things, all he knows was to escape like a fish.
