Wonder Thanksgiving Forest Escape

Elvin only comes home to his hometown village once a year and with him, he always brings provisions to everyone so that the village and it’s inhabitants can elevate. That day however as he returns home once again, something weird had happened there and it’s so different that Elvin was surprised! Elvin arrives in the village and it’s not anymore pleasant there! No people can be found and the land seems like it had been swallowed by the forest, it looks scary now and he really has no idea what happened.

Elvin called for anyone to come-out and answer his questions, but it seems nobody is around there anymore. Where was his family then? What in the world happened? Is this the right time to even proceed further in the place? Elvin have no answers in him but because his instincts is telling him to leave, he will do that but first he needs to find clues or anything that can help answer his question if his family is okay.
