The Taurus mountains is called as such for somehow the area it covers is shaped like the constellation Taurus. To add to that the valley there was once populated by hoofed animals especially ox. But that was a long time ago and now there are no huge animals living in the land. The place was a good area to venture around still though, even though the terrain is jagged and uneven, one can see the entire area from a higher perspective there. But there was this one negative quality though about the place and it’s one that travelers needs to be on the look out for.

The area is notorious for getting people lost especially to the ones who doesn’t know it, even then that applies to the natives there but they have the knowledge of the land and they won’t really get lost for too long. But as a traveler there though and explorer, Alistair is going to have a hard time in the place and he is about to find that out the hard way.
