The lift here in the hospital is pretty old now and that’s why some personnel there avoid it for they fear of their safety. Somebody needs to go and check that out before somebody gets in trouble in it. And that day, somebody actually did and it was one of the doctors of the building!

Nobody realized until 10 minutes later that the lift would not open and someone was stuck inside it. Luckily though it was only 10 minutes and not for longer, now a technician is there and he will try and open the lift so that the doctor can be freed from it. Escape players, you are the responding technician here and you have assessed the situation, you need to find something like a special tool which can open it and you need to find it now so that you can free its passenger. Will you be able to do that and safely get the doctor out?
