New Year Villa Escape

There is a luxurious house which Stella stays in every new year for she can’t stand the smoke in the area she was currently living in when the crackers starts, so she just enjoys the colors from a distance while feeling no suffocation and fainting. She just arrived in the new year villa as she calls it on the last day of the year for she still had work and had to fix-up some stuff too before leaving, it’s a good thing the cleaners had already readied the place so it will be free of dust and other allergens. The night is getting deeper and in the distance, Stella is starting to hear booming sounds even though it’s still early in the evening. Stella decided to get outside and see the city from afar, but unfortunately, the doors wouldn’t open and she  was quite confused why.

For the night, the cleaners have already left and Stella is alone in the house waiting for her family to arrive, she is positive nobody could have locked it not even her and she knows that. Maybe this place is haunted now? She doesn’t want to scare herself and assumed there might be a sound explanation for this.
