The only 5-star hotel in the city is the mercury hotel and that place is more than just classic, quite expensive too. Miguel had a chance to work there though as a bell-boy, he ensures that his etiquette is right when doing his job and assures the hotel visitors are well taken-care of throughout their stay. That day, it seems to be quite slow and Miguel was on his station waiting for a call, but then it came and what he heard is something he haven’t heard of before.

In one of the rooms in the hotel, there was this one girl who is staying in the most luxurious department of the place and the reception said she is trapped inside hers! Miguel knows that the luxurious rooms can be a bit of a puzzle especially if someone doesn’t know how the place works, but that girl was a regular and comes every couple of months on her business trips. That means she knows the place and the issue is pretty unheard of for Miguel, there could be something pretty unique going on in there and Miguel of course will cater to that.
