You went to the forest and knocked on her house in there. You’ve been knocking for hours but no one is answering. Moments later, you heard a voice and it sound like the Christmas Angel. She said that she can’t open the door and you have to help her out.
Good thing that there are items around her house that you can use to unlock the door. There are also clues that can help you out.
