That’s because he also aims to be an astrologist and he receives very legit and proven answers to his questions from the guy. As the years passes, Allen learned a lot of things, that day he even wanted to have access to the observatory where his neighbor astrologist works so he can learn more. At first the guy was hesitant due to reasons from safety to the welfare of the observatory, but he knows Allen though and he is trustworthy. And so Allen was given a pass to the observatory and the astrologist didn’t even ask anything from him. Except that day when Allen was scheduled to go with him to the observatory, the astrologist asked Allen for a favor and that is to give him a ride for he just discovered that his car had failed him.
That is a change of plan, but it’s a minor one and Allen okayed on that for it’s just a small thing compared to being invited to the observatory which is not an everyday thing for most. Allen arrives at the astrologist’s home and called for the guy, there was no response. It was weird and little did he know, the astrologist is in some trouble in his own home and that’s why he didn’t respond!
