The yellow estate here is a part of the forest, it is an enclosed part of the land for it is the only one there that has some sort of anomaly. So the cordon there that had been put up, is to keep people out and safe. But that won’t stop adventurers from entering though, and that day it will be Alexander who unfortunately got the wrong side of the place immediately.

Alexander could no longer escape the estate for the gate which was the only exit would not open! Almost immediately, the area turned yellow and that is very weird indeed. Alexander also feels there is something else coming there, so he will try to escape now before that comes. Escape players, come and help Alexander here escape the area and quickly.
