It’s Halloween and Bill will now enter this old house which is only accessible during the said time, that’s because he will be coming to rescue a not-so typical being there.

Bill knows something happened to the specter, he could have gotten trapped in the said house there and Bill can just feel it, for one thing he is a psychic. The Halloween specter looks like a kid wearing a ghostly sheet, but it is indeed a ghost and one of the spirits of Halloween here in this community. He is also one of the spirits who keeps the peace here and that’s why Bill needs to go and free him.
