In the news they suggested everyone to stay home and drink a lot of water and liquids. But look at it. He left his dog outside. Poor thing doesn’t even have a tree to move to the shadow. Well, I don’t even think he could move, because he’s tied out. The water bowl is already empty, of course. It’s a miracle he’s still not collapsed. Quickly, find a way to release him from this torture and probably save his life. Maybe the police will do something if you tell them about this neighbour. Good luck!
