The suspect ran away through the backdoor while you were interogating the barista. You only heard a car starting and storming away. As you ran out you could still see his face and make sure it was him. You jumped into your car, but the keys were not in your pocket. Maybe you left it in the bar on a table. Or did you drop it on the street? I’m sure the barista is working with the suspect, so if you let the keys inside, he might have put them away. Be sure to check on him as well. I think the culprit is heading home to hide the evidence. You can’t waste any more time, good luck!
