Santa had been trying to rescue his reindeer for earlier that day they all got startled by something and they quickly scattered around the area where snow is waist-deep! The snow is not making it easier for him but Santa cannot go on his rounds around the world without them. On his search which involved his entire elf helpers in the shop, they all noticed something and somehow they could not find Santa anymore!
All of the reindeer which will eventually be on the sled are accounted for but this time Santa was the one who was missing now! The elves quickly dispersed to find him and that includes one of the few humans living nearby who was Albert. He just heard about Santa’s disappearance and when he did, he quickly went-out into the cold to help find him.
