Excuse me, but what does the message in the game window mean “JEWEL BURST IS BLOCKED FOR THIS WEBSITE. IF YOU WANT TO PLAY JEWEL BURST, CLICK PLAY”?

By the way. As I see it, now this inscription is gone and the game splash screen is back in its rightful place.
I guess my question is no longer relevant.
