Billy found something very different today as he went out of his house, for in his cage which was big enough for a man to fit in, there was indeed a man in it!

Billy checked the guy out and he looked like one of those guys in the mental health hospital nearby. He took off almost all of his clothes and he is sad in there. Billy will have to contact the hospital and then get this guy out as calmly as possible. Escape players, help Billy here find the key to his cage so he can get this trapped and troubled man out.
