If you remember from the previous parts, you found someone willing to help you with traveling back in time. What you need for this travel is the dragon stones, which are situated on the dragon caves. But those caves are prohibited to anyone without the permission of the King. So now you have to go and find the King, so you could ask his permission to get in the dragon caves.
