In your dream, the end of the world is not brought about by catastrophic natural disasters nor the wrath of an angry supreme being. In fact, the end of the world will be caused by humans. Your vision presented to you a nuclear winter. In it, the collapse of society started when the leaders of several countries got greedy. Their greed escalated from petty disputes to total nuclear war.
Millions of lives were lost and even more suffering from the nuclear fallout. It is a scene from a post-apocalyptic novel but everything is so clear and realistic. You even remember every single detail. This is something that nobody deserves. You make it your mission to spread the word that you must avoid a nuclear war at all costs.
However, when you started spreading your message, no one bats an eye. Everybody just thinks you are crazy. When people started getting tired of you, they reported you to the authorities. They then bring you to an asylum for the mad and insane from which you must now escape.
