Now just look at it. No one can advance more than a meter per minutes. Of course the traffic lights had to stop functionig now. The jam is so big already, that the police can hardly make its way to the intersection to solve the situation. It’s like you have to take charge of the situation. Fortunatly, you just happen to work as a mechanical engineer, so fixing those lights won’t be hard, right? Good luck!
