Hotel The Serras Escape
(45 votes, average: 3.40 out of 5)The Serras Hotel is not the same as it used to be. Something went wrong. The employees are the worst. They’re disrespectful towards the guests, they don’t know how to do their jobs, but they still want their tip. One of them even locked you in your own room and lost the key. Now you have to wait until they find someone who can open it. Or you just find a way to do it yourself. I don’t think you should pay for the room after what they’ve done. They don’t deserve it at all. Let’s leave before they come back.
