Guess Hugh and his friends really had a fun and crazy night last-night, for he woke-up on some random curb in Washington DC! He is still in the city? His friends didn’t even bring him home? Well they might be wasted as well and they were probably out of their senses like him. But at least Hugh is very near to his place now, but not near enough that he can walk all the way there especially on his condition.
