Sebastian works as a popcorn man at the nearby circus which was located at the town and that cunning forest monkey had stolen some popcorn from him and on his chase, that got him to your area. Sebastian was indeed mad for he had to go through this challenge and because every popcorn he has is profit, he needs to get it back.
