The Forgotten Cave
After the total wipe-out of the local thief guild, the trade routes became safer than ever. However, the army couldn’t find all of the guilds secret hideouts in the area. We’re sure that none of the thieves survived the ambush, we still have to find all of their camps, cave though and take the treasures that were left behind.
Escape players, you’re one of the scouts who roams the forests looking for those forgotten caves. Today’s your lucky day, for you just found one! Let’s see what’s inside. Maybe you’ll find more than you can carry there, if that’s the case then maybe you can put a few in your pocket before reporting. Push through the cave and be careful with hidden traps.
The Forgotten Cave is a restored point-and-click flash hidden objects escape game from LoL Escape.

Loved the summer sounds! Great game!
Google says problem can be in browser extension.
NO. The problem is on the page itself, and Google’s opinion has less and less weight lately due to the spread of ChatGPS.
And now seriously, dear Author. To be a pure experiment, I will compare two “LOL” games.
Here is how the correct link on the page of “Lost in the Woods” looks like:
https://gamehosting.top/play.php?game=https://gamehosting.top/games/rf/lost-in-the-woods-rf.swf
And this is what the “broken” link looks like on “The Forgotten Cave” page:
http://www.lolescape.com/wp-content/uploads/games/custom/T/the-forgotten-cave.swf
Notice the difference? Generally speaking, it is very easy to check such a thing. I do this way all the time, as I am not satisfied with the full-screen Ruffle mode at all. So on the page with the game and Ruffle I do this:
1. Ctrl-U
2. Ctrl-F
3. Type “.swf” in the search bar (without the quotes).
4. Click on the link that appears.
5. Enjoy the game in the correct full-screen window with the title.
The site is having a problem with comments again…. “Awaiting for approval”.
wont load in chrome or edge
Information for those who still have the wrong link causing an error (but lolescape.com are not going to fix anything, because LOCALLY Ruffle call works FINE for them).
You can download the game file with the swf extension to your computer using the method above. You can run it with the downloaded standalone Adobe Flash Player 32 (I emphasize – this is NOT a browser extension, but a portable program).
Not loading, error. Please fix it.
Please give me a direct link
Here is a direct link – https://gamehosting.top/play.php?game=https://gamehosting.top/games/rf/the-forgotten-cave-rf.swf
Thank you. I like your games.
Thank you Жанна!
Well, dear Author, I was hoping that I have something to say to you on the merits. Namely – WHY some people on the lolescape.com site start your games normally, and others do not. But so far everything has not advanced beyond the realm of conjecture. Maybe it’s a matter of access methods and blocking. But one thing is clear: there is no clear system for different players.
At first I thought I could find a working way to access the site – I tried opening the site through different proxy extensions. Uh, no. The direct link to the game on its page is formed differently even when reloading it. Why – I can’t tell you: you have to deal with lolescape.com and its hosting. After all, your site escapefan.com doesn’t have such a nightmarish mess!
One thing is for sure: different players see the link to the game differently. What you call a direct link is the correct one. But a number of players see a different one on the page: “h**p://www.lolescape.com/wp-content/uploads/games/custom/T/the-forgotten-cave.swf”.
This is PROVEN. I can only advise you to analyze how the nuances of the site engine escapefan differs from lolescape.
I recently moved Lolescape to a much faster and better hosting provider.
All the caches were purged.
Looks like I will have to purge caches after each restored game manually.
I hope there will be no more problems.
Mine won’t load either. If it’s because of AdBlocker … Turning that off never helps.
My sites do not contain anything that stops users with enabled adblock.
I recently moved site. Maybe clearing the browser cache can help.
