Escape players, venturing the swamp poses a lot of dangers, but with your help she can avoid most of that and her mission will be a lot smoother. Right-click (pc) or long tap(mobile) on the game area for the menu with the fullscreen option.
I hope you won’t mind, dear Author, if I join in and add a few words about fullscreen?
Dear players, if you, like me, are not satisfied with the built-in Ruffle fullscreen option, here’s how you can fix it (Chome-like browser):
1. On the page with flash game press “Ctrl-U” – opens a new tab with the page code.
2. On it press “Ctrl-F” – a search box appears.
3. In it type the text “.swf” (do not forget the dot – it is mandatory!). If we don’t see the highlighted text found at once, press “Enter”.
4. Click on the link that includes the found text.
5. Voila – opened a new tab, where flash game is deployed properly: not the entire screen, but the entire browser window.
6. Enjoy.
Thanks for the birthday present! It’s just what I wanted! ;o)
Happy Birthday, Amadeus!
Thank you!
This is absolutely stunning, thank you! What a magical combination of Nature’s beauty and Flash traditions! I seem to be thoroughly hooked in this swamp: the elements are so qualitatively blended into the landscape that you can’t find them right away. So I haven’t finished the game yet, but the overall impression – breathtaking!
I finally got through the game!
I’ll give some advice to those who are stuck (obviously there are some, judging by the rating). Touch and swirl everything you see! Even things you’ve been through many times! Even the puzzles themselves!
I won’t tell you more details – you won’t be interested. Believe me, the game is made very qualitatively and it is quite passable. Push and will open!
The little butterflies are what got me delayed for awhile.
Thank you for the comments!
I would like to add to what I said earlier, dear Author.
1. Thank you for listening to my request not to throw immediately out of the game after passing, and give players the opportunity to wander at their own pleasure.
2. The animals are blended into the landscape fantastically well! At first, when I came across this, I was upset – will I have to watch the walkthrough? And then I thought: it’s exactly the same in real nature. Until a dragonfly flies up and sounds, you can’t see it in thick grass or on a tree trunk. They are colored the same way for a reason – nature’s camouflage! So this game is more complicated, but even closer to reality.
3. I was fascinated by the words “appeared somewhere in the forest” – well thought out. Absolutely right: if you don’t check everything, you won’t pass the game. And once you’ve checked what you need to check, you get feedback right away.
4. It was already said here before me about the sound design. Oh, it’s no longer separate sounds – it’s a whole sound environment of the forest, its aura! Fantastically well done – immerses you in the game with your head. I wouldn’t be surprised if I heard my own footsteps. Obviously in this game it would sound like this: stomping and crunching first (if you step on a branch). Then squishing. And finally gurgling if you step in the wrong place – you don’t mess with the swamp.
In conclusion, I will say that so far I tried to pass the game locally, having downloaded SWF first. I’ll try going through it online again and compare.
What b1650424 said about the game reflects how I felt playing it. I enjoyed the nature noises; in fact, at some points wondered if they were in the game or outside my house!
Finding the items presented quite the challenge but worth it.
Thanks for another great game!
Thank you, Henrietta!
FINALLY. After checking daily for months, I get to play one of the best yet. I know it takes time to make these, but a bit more frequent please? Well done!
Don’t forget that the esteemed Author has enough to do besides creating great games.
But personally I am very encouraged by his words. He once wrote that Flash games are easier for him to make. Especially since the respected Author has a tremendous experience in creating games on the Flash engine. So, I think, we can hope that he can make his wonderful games more often than on html5 engine.
Nevertheless, there are things that can prevent this from happening. Note that in the title of this game, the Author has called it a short game for a reason. That is to say, it is a test, and it turned out perfectly. As I understand it, it was the Author’s efforts that made this game under Ruffle not only work perfectly, but it doesn’t slow down at all!
And how did the players react? Look at the rating. With my eyes closed, I can safely say that too many people found the game too difficult. Ah, they had to strain their normally inactive organ – so exhausting! As a result, the players, suffocating from their own anger at the “too clever” game, gave it a low rating. That’s all their gratitude for the efforts of the respected Author, who achieved an excellent result!
Draw your own conclusions.
All i get is a frowny face and “gamehosting.top’s server IP address could not be found.”
This message means that your network is not configured correctly. More precisely, you have incorrectly configured DNS server addresses, which are responsible for resolving domain names like “gamehosting.top” to IP addresses like 118.114.96.1. You can check for the problem by executing the command “ping gamehosting.top” in the console. If the result of the answer will not be the above address, then you need to contact a computer specialist.
I can access only part of the clues, so I am unable to complete the game. Does anyone have a suggestion? This is the first time that I have encountered such a problem.
As I understand it, you only want a hint of a clue, but you don’t want to watch the walkthrough. I wrote above that you should click on everything that seems “suspicious” to you. As a hint, I’ll ask this “strange” question: how many butterflies in the game have you honored with your attention?
I’ll clarify my question: how many GRAY butterflies have you seen?
I couldn’t play the game because it was not coming up correctly! I just tried to play again; a message came up that said to wait while something was corrected. Now the clues came up as they should have the first time when I didn’t receive the message. Having played, and enjoyed these games for years, it was hard to believe that the clues I saw in the Walkthrough were not coming up on my screen.
Another great game, thank you! I play these games on my iPad, which is an interesting experience 🤣
Amazing game, thank you!!
Pixel hunt, but nice game. 4 stars
What a load of crap! Do you even understand the term “pixelhunting”? To quote the handbook:
Pixel-hunting is the process of finding a way out of a situation (mostly in computer games in the “adventure” genre), when the active area (for example, an object that you need to click on with the mouse to pick up or examine it) is so small or invisible that you have to find it by “poke method”.
Where have you seen small active zones in Ainars’s games? On the contrary: one of the advantages of our esteemed author is that all objects are always visible and there is no need to aim at them.
