Snowy Village Escape

Matteo only comes to that village at times for resupply and the place was indeed cozy, the houses there being little makes it so for it keeps heat very good. One day however when Matteo was sleeping in his own home and he knows that for he even changed his sheets before he went to sleep, but when he opened his eyes the next morning however, he found himself in a different place!
Matteo found himself at the snowy village which was very away far from his house! How did he ever got to the place? Did he miss something or anything? Matteo could not think clearly at the moment for he just woke-up and the cold on his skin is biting.
