It’s just a tip and that’s why HQ is only sending a few men on this task for a handful of them are focusing on the main workings of the case. Little did Noel know he’ll find the said place though, and he’ll know that he had found it when he entered it and got trapped!
The tip said that this house was filled with traps, one of which will trap anybody there who springs it and accidentally, Noel did and now he knows that he had located the house! Now a full investigation here can be made in the house but first though, he needs to escape which he doesn’t know how exactly yet.
