The small blue bird in the village was very distinct for there is no other one like it living in the area. That bird belongs to a girl who was also a resident in the place, she just lets her bird free for it comes back by the end of the day. Chris sees this bird a few times per week, but that day however he didn’t which was typical, but then the girl who owns it came to him and asked for help! Chris immediately thought that the bird got into some trouble but he wasn’t sure until, the girl told him exactly what he was thinking.

The girl told Chris that the bird went near the house of the gardener who was a very strict man and sometimes unreasonable, the thing went directly into some cage and got itself trapped there! The girl knew that the gardener will not listen to her even if she pleads to return her blue bird, that’s why she went to Chris for some help. Chris wasn’t so brave to talk to the man as well, but maybe there is another way to get that bird without him knowing.
