They kept it in the garden and played with it everyday. But one day you woke up to hear some puppy crying. You went to check the little pup from the neighbors and got terrified to find out that it has been chained. But that’s not all, the owners of the puppy left on a travel and left there the puppy chained without any food, water or anyone to take care of it.
