Old Monastery Escape
You need a place where you can stay. You don’t have enough money to rent an apartment or book a hotel room. There is no safer place that you can think of than the monastery. That is where you grew up so that is the first place that you thought about. So, you went there with your back pack. However, you didn’t see what you want to see. There are no people in the monastery. Seems like they moved out or something. The monastery looks so old to what you can remember. You went inside the place to reminisce the good times and who knows, maybe there is a clue about where they move. But now that you can’t get out, looks like you have to find hints that can help you to unlock the door.
The good news is, there are items in the room that you can use as an escape too. But even with that you still have to use your logic to escape. Old Monastery Escape is the newest room escape game by Ainars for Escape Fan. Play this exciting point n’ click escape game and try to escape as fast as you can. Good luck!

Wonderful. This is a wonderful game. Thank you very, very much.
Thank you!
I have played this game 3 times now, I really like it, but I am always 1 cross short! I cannot find the last cross! I have scoured every scene, it’s driving me crazy…
Try in the room where the moon shape is, after all of the other crosses have been found.
The last cross cannot be found! There is always 1 cross not found and some black spinning cloud on page C – what to do with it is unclear!
Thank you, because thanks to your comment I played this super game once again, after so long. Really a well-made game. Yes, it is possible to find all the crosses. Play it calmly and enjoy every scene. You will get it.
I’ll try =)….But tell me, I beg you, what is this cloud on page C that is spinning? It’s clickable, but when you click on it, nothing happens.
Olga, I will try to help you. I replayed with enjoying this game twice today. And for the first time, like you, I also did not find the last “cross”. The second time everything worked out. So here are my recommendations:
1. Do not use additional items such as cubes, medals and rings until you find all those crosses that are directly accessible – that is, without these items. And there are exactly 25 of these crosses. There is a suspicion that some of these crosses can disappear when using “special equipment.” It’s better to generally make it a rule: at each location, we first collect what is immediately visiable, without using anything from the inventory.
2. At location C1, carefully click all the central stones. There is a suspicion that the missing cross is hiding there.
3. A medal that destroys monks creates the misconception that not all monks have been found. The medal should disappear with the disappearance of the last monk, but this does not happen if those 25 original crosses were not found.
4. The cloud at location C is just a way out. You will be automatically transferred there after finding the last cross.
My second time playing this game, and definitely not the last one! A magical game! Thank you so much!
No! I can’t find last crus (((((
Hi, Olga! Maybe the problem is that you didn’t find one of the monks, who is a little more hidden. Look carefully for all monks ! With the coin that extinguishes the monks, you go to C automatically and the cloud on this page C will disappear giving you the last cross. Good luck!
I need some help! I followed your advice about getting 25 crosses only on the scenes, and then I used the right hand items and solved some puzzles. At most I have 40. I cannot seem to solve puzzle with 4 gems in a row. The hint shows green red green blue, but the last two seem smaller. I used the ring to get more crosses, and when it found them all, it disappeared. But there are more places to click on but nothing happens.
Ok, I played with the gems a bit and somehow got them. I then got the answer to the rectangular bricks puzzle and then got the coin, so maybe I’m all set!
And I got 5 crosses from the monks, so I finally am out!
Congratulations Holly! Believe me, games from the esteemed Author of this site are always worth going through to the end. It’s just a pity that Olga, to whom Juju and I gave advice, seems to have given up.
Now let me explain the puzzle with 4 gems in a row. If you look carefully when switching gems, you will notice that sometimes an “aura” appears around the gem. That’s what it is larger gem in the hint.
Wow! I’ve done it! but only with your hints? guys! Thank you!
