That is not a good idea for that will only make the problem worst obviously, for one, the monkey operatives cannot work for they were constantly being hunting, and two, the mini-monkeys just keeps multiplying especially when they think that their lives are in some sort of danger.
Still, HQ sent one of their operatives to fix the problem there and hopefully the locals would just be calm and let them do their work. Escape players, want to join in collecting mini-monkeys here in a rural area? Join the operative then and look through everything to find all of the mini-monkeys in the place. Be careful with the things you touch too, for the people there can be a bit possessive in their territory and can become aggressive because of it.
