Unfortunately, the treasure was sealed down with a curse. As soon as he broke in, he was a goner. The ancient spells turned him into a minotaur. Since then, he’s forced to roam around the place and guard the treasure he desires so much. An old mage told you the curse can be broken if the treasure is removed.
