Medieval Knight Castle Escape
The medieval period is your favorite time in human history. For weeks you stayed locked in the library and read everything that was about the medieval times. You would have loved so much to live back then. But you can still try to enjoy the medieval times. So you went on a trip to a castle where you could feel like a real knight. You even got a knight costume and was exploring the medieval castle. But the castle got closed and you remained trapped inside.
It’s time to use your knight skills and escape by solving all the puzzles. The castle consists of more than ten rooms and all of them are more likely to contain either puzzles or traps. Carefully treading the rooms one by one, you are also gazing at the contents of each room. However, you knew that regardless of what was there, you just know that you need to find an exit.

Unable to finish. Could not solve the ‘press on letters’ puzzle.
To solve this puzzle, you must have a two-page clue that tells you how many times and in what order to press each letter (e.g., X – 2 times, Y – 1 time, etc.). Naturally, go through the letters from top to bottom on the first page first, and only then move on to the second page. There is nothing complicated there.
where do you find the two-page clue? I’m stuck at the same place!
Then I guess I never found the 2 page clue, as you put it. I’m not an imbecile,
I had to give up, also. No pink chess piece and couldn’t find or uncover the last number. Let alone the two-page clue. There’s an hour or more that I’ll never get back…
Okay, okay. Since I literally replayed the game yesterday, I absolutely know it’s fine and passable. Though of course I never memorize the step-by-step walkthrough. I’ll try to carve out some time today and replay it again to take explanatory screenshots. I’ll post here then. If anyone else is interested on this game, keep an eye on the comments column on the left side of the main page.
I do like the Ainars games. They do offer a challenge, sometimes. This particular one, though, stumped me for whatever reason. I’ll try it again and see what happens.
Whatever changes you made worked. I was able to complete the game with no issues, and a LOT faster than yesterday. Thanks!
Good for you, and thank you for confirming what I said. But, if there are still interested stuck players, here are a number of tips (thanks to the numbering of locations, you can do without screenshots):
1. At the root location C (without number!) don’t miss the medal key – it’s under the window, just to the left of the chest.
2. At location D5 (library), apply the stencil with books that you received earlier (with the help of medal key). Click on the three highlighted “buttons” – get the missing amulet.
3. After that you should have 6 number cards, 6 punch cards and 6 amulets. In addition, you should have written down or memorized the open 6 digits with colors (green, blue, black). If something is missing, run again through the rooms for the missing things. If the entire set is full, apply the amulets on the exit door and then use all the available cards and colors. Don’t forget that black and white punch cards are not the same thing at all! Open the door, take the key on the left, open the chest, take the code decryption tool, and memorize the two remaining characters (4 and 6). Hopefully you’ve already memorized symbols 1 and 2.
4. With the code decryption tool get a pink chess queen (!) and two puzzle elements. Change the pink queen for one more puzzle element. Finally, (WARNING!) at location C2, use the code decryption tool to get THAT VERY two-page clue.
5. Tip: before pressing the letters at the same C2 location, just in case, press the blue button to “zero out” your accidental presses. Press each letter according to the number of times indicated next to it in order: from top to bottom, first the left page, then the right page. Take your time and listen carefully to the clicks of each letter. If everything is correct, you will get the fourth puzzle element.
6. With all four elements go to location B3 and insert the puzzle elements in their place. It remains only to rotate these places according to those previously memorized characters – (1, 2, 4, 6). If everything is correct, you get the exit key.
7. Use it on the outer exit door.
That’s it, congratulations!
Hotovo, slušná hra.
no walkthrough video?
I have looked every where. I can’t find the 6th number card. Where is it exactly?
Field A bottom left corner of bench.
Much harder than the usual Ainars game but I got it solved! Nice Saturday morning challenge.
I have the numbers, colours, blocks etc all correct but not getting anything when I press “OK”.
Worked in another browser for me.
