Now an adult, he sought clarity through endless patterns rather than competition alone. Lantern light reflected across endlessly shifting layouts before him. Some arrangements felt gentle and welcoming. Others demanded deep focus and sharp memory. Qilin adjusted tile designs and backgrounds to match his mood. Sometimes he raced the clock for challenge. Other times he played freely, guided only by instinct. When paths closed, helpful hints revealed new possibilities. Achievements marked his progress, each crowned by a dragon’s blessing. Rivals tested his resolve, but calm always returned.
