The forest here is really doing its job in giving love to people and helping them to give that love to their loved ones in the form of whatever they ask of the place. That day, Vin was in the forest and he asked the land of the best love letter which only exists in his imagination. Actually he is asking for a card with a design which only existed in his mind and he could not find such a thing even just a close one to it no matter how hard he looks in the stores.

Vin really loves his girlfriend and he wants to propose to her, he already has a ring and a bouquet but no card of his wishes. Well of course the land will give it to him for it is about love and that love in his heart will be the push to that so the place will create it. But he only needs to find this item though and retrieve it, for this place can only feel the presence of the one who requested it for something, and the item could pop anywhere in there.
