Loft Industrial House Escape

The new house Max bought had a design of old industrial constructs of some sort but it looked quite good, it has a city vibe and that’s exactly how he likes it. But through the day as he was fixing-up some of the steel pipes and the broken parts of the walls in the place, he was faced with a house puzzle or something and it’s indeed a puzzling one. Max was about to go out to buy more hardware stuff for the house when he realized that the door seems to be in-need of a repair as well, for it is locked and he had already tried everything to get it to open but still nothing. Well there is one thing he didn’t try however, and that is the keys to the door but it right-now those were missing.

Okay now, Max needs to find those keys for the last sure way to open it is to put force which he doesn’t want to, for buying a new door isn’t in the budget. Escape players, care to help Max here with this problem in his own new house?
