As you know, he’s saved many lifes since he was born in that laboratory accident. He gained a lot of supporters in the city, but of course a lot of enemies as well. This is time, a group of pirates knocked him out and kidnapped him. This is the island where they keep him captive. The pirates are not here at the moment, so Jolly could cut the ropes.
