He can’t open the door and this is the problem that he has to solve. Thankfully, you are here to help him out. You want to let him know that he is not alone. So, you have to do your best and find clues that can help you to solve this puzzle.
Aside from that, you also have to gather items that you can use to unlock the door. Santa still has a lot of work to do so you have to help him as fast as you can.
