Elsa have created another ice castle and she didn’t even know Anna was following her! And so she entered the place without knowing that Anna actually went inside. When she used her powers again to seal the place, she sealed her sister in there! It was a few hours later when Elsa realized what was happening, for she had to call guards to search for her and then she remembered something, Anna used to follow her to where she creates new structures, and there it is Anna might be in there!

Elsa went there quickly so she can check, she needs to be careful in using her ice powers so she won’t accidentally collapse the place if Anna was ever inside. Well, Anna being there was actually correct, but little did she know her sister was actually experiencing something more there and she really needs help.
