As an ambulance driver, Charles needs to be ready for anytime he can be called to rescue someone who needs immediate medical attention, that’s why he needs to in the game and alert. Only a few ambulances more and he will be up next, but there was a problem though and that’s why he can’t leave right now.

Charles could not find his keys to his ambulance and never mind he can’t drive it, he especially cannot get inside it! Where were his keys anyways?
