He would take you to the neighbors and introduce you to them. Then you would receive various gifts from them. Most of them were fresh baked pastries. You would eat them on the way to the next neighbor’s house. After going around, your uncle usually takes you to where the plants were. He grows them organically. So you can just pick the fruits and eat them directly. He really enjoys watching you do these things. The city life can’t give you these experiences. However, sometimes your stomach can’t hold in the amount of food you intake. So you would experience little discomforts once in a while. But despite all of these, you really love the farm. And every year, you’re looking forward to visiting the place.
Even months before, you’ll stat dreaming of the fresh produce and the air. Then again, now that you’re older, they’re expecting you to help out a little. You don’t mind though. You love it here and what harm could chores do. But once you start work, you forget about everything else. Now you have to return for work but your uncle is not around.
