It’s not poisionous to breathe in, but it does give you sometimes the effects of hallucination. However, these are mainly positive and good fantasies. You’ve just moved here and everything’s still new. The government gave you a house, you only have to find the address and you can take it over. But it’s pretty hard to find it if you keep hallucinating things like now. I’m sure you’ll get used to it and have a nice life here on 3G3. Good luck!
