Christmas Santa House Escape

The Santa is gone! He didn’t come to work this morning, so we went to check whether he was sick or something. We found his bodyguard lying on the ground. He was knocked out. Someone kidnapped Santa Claus. How can someone be this naughty? We have to look for hints or something that would lead us to the culprit.
