A new family have just checked-in for Christmas season and as the main employee for them, Earl signed them in. The father of the family have talked to him for a bit about currently traveling the world with his family before Christmas day comes, that is quite good and he even said this is one of their stops before continuing. Three days passed after that and now the family will be checking-out so they can go with their plan. But there was a problem though and it’s now stopping them to the point they’ve asked the help of Earl there.

The family have lost this bag which contained their tickets for their flight later in the day! The parents have desperately tried to find it for this bag also contained some important documents. Of course this all happened while they were in the establishment, and as courtesy Earl must help his guests here with this.
