Confetti rests in boxes, banners lean in corners, and music waits for someone to start the show. You arrive as the organizer who once rescued failing events using calm decisions and sharp observation, now you are going to save this celebration here for a snag was hit and things cannot move on.

It’s not so many chaotic parties you have tried to save before, but those few trained you just enough so you can notice missing details and encourage people to work together to finish a goal.
