There is this one small house in the beach and that is what little Toby’s goal here. Not the entire house though, but what it is being sold there.

The house is both a shop and a living quarter and what is being sold there were surfboards and they are quite fine pieces. They do not cost that much though but they are great, that’s why Toby is trying to accumulate money now to buy one today for he is very close to getting one of the pricetags of those boards.
