Still not all people can understand that, especially poachers and they continue to take from what’s left and sell it in big prices across the world’s black market. One day McKenzie witnessed just that while he was strolling through the brush wilderness and into small patches of forest.
McKenzie saw armed men and they just left the cage with a koala inside! He didn’t know why they did that, maybe awaiting for transport or something else, but they are gone for the moment which means he has a chance to get the animal out even though it is very dangerous. McKenzie has a very little window here for the rescue, open the cage’s door, take the animal, and leave as quickly as possible.
