In 2134, a plague wiped out most of Detroit. The authorities were able to close down the city and isolate it from others. This act stopped the spread of the virus, but caused a lot of healthy people being locked inside the walls. When the carantine was removed, they only found death and destruction. It was questionable whether it's worth rebuilding the city or just let it abandoned and save the money. In the end, they decided to leave it. You thought it would be a good idea to go and collect values that are still lying there in the dead city. Good luck!
