He’s lucky because you noticed him from the outpost and set off to find him and take him to safety. When you found him, he was struggling to reignite his ride, because it broke down. See, you arrived in time. You have to find a way to persuade him to go back. However, he doesn’t want to leave the vehicle here. What a moron… Looks like you have to take care of that too. Good luck and just ignore his stupidity.
