You can’t just pass by and pretend that nothing happened, as this is your job, even is you are on holiday. You don’t have any help, but you will try to help this wounded dolphin anyway. First of all you will have to explore around to collect any useful object so you could heal the wounded dolphin. Once healed, you can escape the poor dolphin and let it back in the sea so he could swim happily. Good luck!
