And your parents made sure that you understood their conditions. So not once in your life did you ever say a single bad thing about them. You care for them until you meet Carla. Carla was once described as a girl close to perfection. Everybody likes her though she doesn’t seem to care about the others much. You used to always bump into each other on the way to school. But she always walks ahead of you. You’re wondering why but you didn’t ask. Then an accident happened. Carla lost the strength in her legs. So she has to be in a wheelchair. Her popularity didn’t fade. But Carla grows bitter and she pushes people away every time they want to be with her.
Now you want to approach her. But even in a wheelchair, she still wants to be ahead of you. You watch her from the back. But instead of going to school, she heads somewhere else. The class lets out early today and you think of visiting the forest. The weather’s very nice and it is just perfect for an afternoon walk.
